This IS a Socialist country

Hard to remember that Vietnam is a Socialist Republic with a Communist Government. Despite this, people have to pay for basic (and, of course, higher) education and health-care. Also, there seems to be a lot of free-market economics around. Still, evry now and then a scene like this reminds us of the reality!
