Here is a very posh looking guest house for government officials in theb French quarter of Hanoi, showing French architectural styles. The French quarter was empty all day yesterday as we walked around. Ironic, because unlike the Old Quarter, the streets were very wide and the buildings large and spaced out, unlike in the Old Quarter.
