A tuk tuk in Arras!

Arras surprised us. We knew that it was in Flanders, but did not expect it to be so Flemish wwith its two massive squares full of old gabled houses. Unfortunately, they are UNESCO listed and so subject very much to planning controls and so on, leaving them feel a bit boring, although the weather (grey and damp and cold) didn't help, nor did the fact that this was a public holiday.

Anyway, here is a tuk-tuk waiting for cutstom outside the Town Hall.
