It was a great day for D66, becoming the largest party in Amsterda, Groningen, Utrecht, Leiden and, most importantly, in The Hague where they beat the anti-Muslim party into second place.

And the nice Turkish lady who I voted for at number 12 on the list in Amsterdam made it to the council, as D66 went from 7 to 14 seats.

... whilst the temperature dives from yesterday's sunny 20 to today's rainy 10... just in time for the weekend. Still, we needed a bit of rain and the ducks will be happy.
