Peppers are cheap and abundant in August, so it makes sense to dry them and store them for later in the year. And while they are drying, they make a very colourful and pretty sight.

This cow was standing in the middle of the road back from Divrigi to Sivas and seemed to be quite interested in my camera. Fortunately, she did not take a lick!
